Many fast-food meals have added sugar. Not only does that mean extra calories, but also little nutrition.
The combination of fat, sugar, and lots of sodium (salt) can make fast food tastier to people. But diets high in sodium can lead to water retention, That,s why we feel puffy, bloated, or swollen after eating fast food. A diet high in sodium is dangerous.
The junk foods have extra pounds that can put pressure on your heart and lungs. You may notice difficulty breathing when you’re walking, climbing stairs, or exercising.
Eating a lot of high in junk food is lead to a higher risk of obesity, depression, digestive issues, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, and many health problems. So avoid to eat it more.
Junk foods are very tasty. You eat it but little and occasionally. This is best option for health.
